Congrats! And thanks for sharing your timeline.

I think this is an interesting data point for those of us still waiting. It appears that vehicles being built more recently are being prioritized for shipment. Mine was a 3/28 TPW and has been at Mid since 4/6. Still waiting.

Ok, so my Tahoe might be on the move- it has been sitting since 4/06 at the MID lot like many others. Released to carried and bayed on 5/14- same day I talked to the GM executive team and had my vehicle put on the escalation/hot ship list, but could just be a coincidence. Requested a VinView today and was provided with the below screenshot. Looks like it is in Louisiana on the rail moving north. Hopefully the backlog is getting cleaned up, I doubt it took a month and a half to fill a rail at bound for Cincinnati. If anyone has a little knowledge reading the vinview and would like to offer their perspective, I would love to hear it. ETA 6/03.

Thats great! I spoke with the resolution team today, was told there is no priority list… just a list to make production « aware it is awaiting QC ». Might be the same thing, or that we were never in the same boat… or that you did better with them than me hehe.

Is your window sticker available now?

Yeah, not sure how much hot air they are blowing when “working your case”. Kind of feeling they are playing the odds and waiting to provide an update with hopes the vehicle starts to move. My rep did tell me that he had an email address to hot list vehicles but openly admitted that after the email was send he had no idea what happened.

My invoice was available the day after my Tahoe was produced, 4/06, and the window sticker generated around 4/21- or that is when I was able to pull it.

Might just be stupid luck that mine was pulled to ship- maybe they just needed one more car to fill the rail? Not sure, but my dealer has zero insight as to what the hold ups are. They have 4 Tahoes/Suburbans built around that time that are/were sitting on the holding lot to be delivered.

This is the BS I'm getting from the Canadian customer service side. Same exact template as what I'd get from the chat.

I can't seem to connect with anyone in resolution, or anyone who cares.

So one thing that I did do is provide my phone number in the initial email I sent to the executive team. They actually called, and I find that by speaking to someone directly it holds them more accountable. It’s harder for someone to give you a cookie cutter answer then they don’t have everything prepped in an email.

Would you be able to share the executive email? I've called, chatted and emailed. Pretty much the exact same answer each time. I spoke with that person over the phone, and they would only email me that information. Wouldn't provide me with anyone else I could speak with. Just said talk to my dealer.
