Mileage improvements need suggestions...

My Diablosport tuner offered a fuel economy tune so I put that on the truck. Not sure what the effect has been though. I added an air intake at the same time.

What tires are you running? If they're wider or shorter than stock that'll have an effect on it. Do you carry any equipment in your truck that you don't need regularly? I see people with all sorts of junk in their trucks as if they're using them as storage space.

so you added to the full tank another 5 oz, basically you're increasing concentration of Gumout to 15 oz per full tank?

I think, mine are stock tires and my trunk is empty

I stopped by Costco today and a tire center guy mentioned he fills all his cars/trucks with 35 psi tire pressure., hnn (improved rolling resistance). And yes, Costco uses Nitrogen, which supposedly causes less fluctuations in tire pressure with different outside temps. As he explained, less fluctuations--->longer tire life.

I updated my findings of using Gumout Regane HM. Ran 10oz into a 1/4 filled tank, then two days later filled tank and dropped another 5oz in tank. So far I went from a high of 11.5MPG to 13.8MPG on two tanks since then. My Yuk is also more responsive and not jerky from start which I initially believed to be trans related.

As I said, my next endeavor will be running Kreen through an entire OCI
