Minor replacement pieces??

Can someone lead me in the right direction to find replacement knobs for the 2nd row a/c controls and also for the +/- on the front dash for the A/C as well. Mine are rubbed off almost completely and I'd like to replace them, if possible.

It's an '07 Tahoe LTZ.

The radio control knobs for the second row are about $11 from the dealer. I need to replace one, but have not found them online anywhere....other than ebay for $50 (each).
The actual A/C & radio panel in the 2nd row is about $300 as is the panel for the front.

The buttons on the front panel cannot be replaced. You have to replace the whole unit. There are some 'stickers' sold on ebay that go over the buttons.

Wow, $11 for a damn knob? That's crazy....I appreciate the info.

Has anyone tried those stickers for the '+/-'?? Are they any good?
