I'm missing the two rear manifold bolts on the passenger side on my 04 6.0 Escalade, no check engine lights still runs great, can you use those Dorman brackets for broken manifold bolts in this situation or do you need to pull the whole manifold?

Pull the manifold would be best. Luckily it's on the passenger side so you don't have to worry about the steering shaft but you'll have to remove your dipstick. Pull your wheel well liner and it's basically a straight shot to those two rear bolts.

My front two broke off. You can see where mine was leaking though.

Not too bad is there an issue of letting this be for a lil bit or is it a need to fix soon thing?

It it was leaking you would hear it when you fire it up cold until it gets hot and then it would "seal itself up" when metals expand.

It's not a huge concern at the moment, especially if there's no driveabilty issues yet but I would address it when you have time.

Once it starts leaking though it will play games with your upstream o2 which in turn will mess with your fuel trims.

Thanks, you hear it a tiny bit at startup, ordered the Dorman clamp gonna try that and see if it works, and if it does I'll deal with the broken bolts when I do headers don't wanna be pulling it twice ya know

Anytime brother. Might as well wait, it's not THAT serious but at any rate, let us know how those clamps work out for ya.

Here's an update went to put that Dorman clamp on the pass side rear, I thought I could get it behind the oil dipstick but it needs to be removed so I'm gonna get another one and replace it at the same time, found out my driver front bolt is missing too, they all look to be flush with the manifold so getting them out shouldn't be too bad gonna start looking into headers and plan on this down the road

I just installed that clamp with my dipstick tube in place- just remove the mounting bolt for the dipstick then slide the Dorman bracket behind the dipstick and install the bolt, then reinstall the dipstick mount bolt. If you install the Dorman bracket first the dipstick tube won't line up when you try to install it.
BTW I was running fine for years without 3 bolts that were broken, never did leak.

Doesn't sound too bad then, the bolt holding the dipstick on should come off with some PB Blaster or something along those lines, just worried that the tube looks a lil rusty no leaks but if I move it around to slide that bracket back it could break I'm prolly just gonna pick up a tube in case that happens and swap it out next oil change if I have no issues moving the tube to get the bracket back there, and did you pull your fender liner? Looks like I can easily reach it with the dipstick loose

Yeah I pulled the liner, it only takes a few minutes and makes access so much easier.
