Monthly promos

Has anyone had any luck getting a dealer to honor the monthly promos of the order month? Or are you stuck just waiting to see what the promo offer is when your vehicle is eventually delivered? Ordered a 2022 Tahoe RST diesel yesterday and from the sounds of it we have a 6+ month on our hands.

If the dealer fills out the proper paperwork you can get the promo's of an earlier month. I ordered my Tahoe in July and took delivery this month (October). I wanted the the September Truck month $1000 in accessories. The dealer had me come in and sign some papers to guarantee me the September Promo. They also told me if the October promo was better I could get that instead.
