How much. Does it need seals ?

Make an offer, I believe I paid around $60 for it a couple years ago and never got around to installing it. The seals look good but there is some surface rust here and there that should clean up easily. At this point in time I would just like to get rid of it. I checked my ebay history and here was the listing title if that helps:

I cleaned the surface rust off of the shaft that goes in the tranny. How about $25 shipped?

Is the K&N kit complete with all the original parts?

Yes the K&N intake has all the parts. I do not have the install instructions, but I am sure they could be found on line. Some of the bolts that came with kit are rusty, but they are all there.
