Morimoto xb led fog lamp 2020 yukon

Replacing the fog lamps with these from Morimoto. The fitment just doesn't seem right, its not flush. Has anyone replaced their fog light housing and has a guide? I'm wondering if a step was missed. It seems slightly in and down. I'm hoping to find a guide or video of taking out the stock lamps and installing replacements. These are apparently plug and play..

I had repairs done to side of the bumper from a slow touch from another car, but the stock fog lights sat fine. both of these are sitting the same way

If it makes you guys feel better the eBay special fog lights I tinted and installed also fit the same. Looks fine standing and looking at the truck but looks atrocious right up close.
