That said, the more personalized a vehicle is the narrower the buyer pool ... first you have to find someone who shares the seller's taste, willing to pay a premium for it, and they have to not be weary of vehicles that aren't stock.

^^This. I found someone to buy my 08 Tahoe for $32.5k last year as he shared the same taste and always drived modded vehicles. I didn't remove any mods. Plus I kept my vehicle in pristine condition.
