Ewww. Hopefully, 'he' wasn't a 'she'. We had a mouse build a nest in the hood liner of our 68 Cadillac out in our shop. That one finally found the bait. The little ones didn't, but missed too many meals. I ended up having to replace the hood liner. :-/

The little monsters LOVE that stuff. We now keep the hoods open on all of the vehicles in the shop. Too many have tried to make the insulation their home-sweet-home.

Heh, yeah, and back before the shop was built, we kept our '02 2500HD outside in the driveway. The little fsckers stole some of the firewall insulation from there. I popped the hood one day to change the oil and saw all the destruction. I haven't seen any more damage since parking it in the shop, but every year, or so, it seems we find they've discovered a new-and-improved way of doing damage. We do live out in the county, though, so we have our fair share of the little buggars. The hawks, cats and coyotes can't eat them all, apparently.
