I know what boarshead is but never heard of taylor. But another good one for me was a wedge vs a hoagie! But now I have to say I have no idea why we called it a wedge! I REALLY miss the deli's from NY. Get roast beef on hard roll and there would be 2 lbs of meat!!

We call pork roll Taylor ham. So a typical Jersey breakfast on the run, for me anyway is taylor ham egg and cheese on a hard roll. Yeah baby!

First....I would KILLLL to get my hands on a fresh hard roll! We did bacon egg and cheese and some would put ketchup on it! Also...Polish sauseeege FTW!!!
