Awesome truck, Did you eliminate your O2 sensors?

I made mine a tru-dual off the stock exhaust manifolds to twin 40 mufflers that dump right before the rear axle. I have no clearance with the 4/6 drop to plump pipes out the rear. I kept all the O2 sensors in front of the cats and after.

I will try to post a video of my exhaust note. Doesnt sound as good as yours.

did you paint the headers before installing? i heard their high temp paint fades first time it gets up to temp. also i was told to get a thicker MM flange then the one offered by pace setter. im thinking about running a simular set up. pace shortys to true duals back to the single tip using maganflows.

no i didnt paint them but I have heard of ppl doing this... As soon as I started it up the first time... It was like my engine was on fire... just tons of smoke white the paint immediately burned off and it smells like melted plastic...... Its funny the paint on there isnt heat resistant and they even tell you... I think it is just to keep them from looking all rusty before you buy them... after all that though it is fine.. never had a smell or burning since... and they turn a multicolored burnt looking color..
