So my buddies 08 Yukon has a few electrical problems to work through.
The TPMS tire pressure does not read a thing on the DIC except -- It used to read pressure. About 2 months ago he had new tires and TPMS sensors installed and all was working fine.
Now nothing and the remote lock, start does nothing also. I would say the module is bad as that controls the door locks and TPMS, but.
It has a hacked in Kenwood stereo with a maestro interface. The radio works but nothing else so I wonder if that has anything to do with it?

Did the issues start after the head unit was installed?

Pull the internal BCM codes. Probably needs a new Remote Control Door Lock Receiver. Those are located in the driver's side upper D-Pillar and new ones require programming.

No. The head unit has been in there but never has worked right
