My step dad has already done a few things to it (MB Motoring 20" rims, Chrome Tail Lights, and a new chrome grill.)

Looks good. I'd lose the chrome tails, but that's personal preference.

yea that is a really good starting point. The list of mods goes on forever but one thing I want to say that looks good on all tahoes and yukons is to paint the rear vent caps. Mine are red to match and many people have theirs matching and its the shit.
oh yeah and jack it up 6" and throw some 37" tires on it.

I actually posted a thread about the rear vent caps, im going to paint them white, as for the chrome tail lights, im going to paint the inside of them black chrome.
