Just tossing ideas here. Are the torsion bars on the correct sides? They are side specific as in there is a left and a right bar.

I couldn't read the original paragraph all the way through.

Is the center link on right-side up, or correct left-to-right? They can be put on the wrong way.

Front wheels toe in under power... a lot!

I just put a leveling kit on my ‘04 4wd Suburban 1500 (torsion keys in the front, spring spacers in the back, new extended shocks all around, and wheel spacers all around for my eventual new wheels and 33s). When I’m on the throttle, my front wheels toe in a lot under power. I can stick my head...

It's been to 2 diffrent shops a total of 6 times ....

And, then after being to 2 different shops a total of 6 times, you subsequently manually re-adjusted the alignment using tape?
