hey guys, was wondering if anyone with a 2015-2020 Denali with the 6.2 has noticed a loss of coolant, but cant track the leak. i have check all hose connections, water pump, gaskets, i cant find out where the coolant is going. nothing drips. i did find slight saturation on the lower passenger side of the radiator but the hose is dry on the outside. i have to fill roughly 8oz every 1000 miles or so.

Nothing I can think of off the top of my head outside of the usual. I'd get a strong flash light and look for white (maybe whitish-pink) residue anywhere near connection points, radiator tank ends, behind the front splash guard, etc. A lot of times slow leaks evaporate and never leave any evidence other than dehydrated remnants.

Also, if you live in a salt use area, the coolant lines along the frame rail can corroded at the hangers.

i went back out and cleaned very well on the passenger side and found a slow drip coming down the side of the radiator. not sure EXACTLY where it is coming from but its definitely on that side. i had something similar happen on my 16 2500 Silverado. cracked on the polymer casting on the side of the radiator. looks like im putting another radiator in. Ebay ALuminum here i come...
