Ouch! Purchase Permit? WTH! We dont have CCW here in IN. We have a LTCH (License to carry handgun) which means you can carry open or concealed. Hell, If you want you can tape one to your forward, dangle one a necklace and then go tacticool and have one in a leg holster while concealing one in your butt crack. We go in to a gun store, fill out the 4473 NICS background check paper, pay for gun and minutes later walk out the darn door with our new handgun. Lifetime LTCH is around $130. One time fee and done.
