Navi Map Disk

I have an 07 Tahoe with the OEM navi system but I have no idea where the Map Disk is. Does anyone know what version I need to buy and where I can buy it? Thanks

There's a whole thread in the audio/electronics section where you can find a "backup" copy if you bought 5.0c
