I have a set of factory 2005 power, heated, signal mirrors for sale. The mirrors are in great shape, with only a slight 'bluing' from the elements (may work on cleaning them up a bit). They came off a Sierra SLT, and my understanding is that they'll fit any NBS Truck/SUV. All functions work, I just have no need for these. I replaced these with a set of Tow Mirrors, then traded off the truck for my Tahoe.

Here is a pic of them on my truck. I'll take pics of them as they sit if anyone requests them. $175 OBO

The way I understand it, they're all wired for it. From what I can gather from various posts online, it seems that most NBS vehicles are plug and play, while the NNBS requires a specific RPO in order for the signals to actually work. Perhaps someone who has upgraded the mirrors on their NBS could potentially weigh in?

I know that in reviewing tow mirrors for my truck, I ran across a lot of reviews from people who had upgraded to the heat and signal function on a vehicle that did not come with them from the factory... and they worked fine.

Yeah, it's on the plastic. Can't tell in the pics, it's just noticeable in the bright sun. I'm not sure exactly how to explain it. It's very likely that an armorall wipe will make it disappear, but not being much on detailing vehicles, I don't have any laying around.

I'm sure the puddle light issue could be fixed with a few tasteful LED's. I always wanted a set with the turn indicators.
