I thought they were 18mm, but not sure. I know they were metric.

Yep...18mm. And there are 12 of them. If you lie on your back and look up there are 2 near the corner, 2 near the hitch, and 2 that go from the ground up that are between the hitch and the corner. 6 on each side.
They were a real PITA to remove. I had a curved socket wrench that made life much easier. I also had to have a buddy hold the top of the bolt with a pair of vice grips b/c the bolt is rounded off and will spin as you try to loosen it.
Hope to have them powder coated this week.
