NBS rear bumper removal?

Ive searched and checked the Chilton manual and cant find directions on how to remove the rear bumper. Can anyone help me out?

6 Bolts,

2 on each corner bracket.
2 in the center tnear the hitch.

I thought there was a lot more than 6 bolts. The ones you mentioned plus the 4 on the little tabs on the top of the bumper, which makes at least 10. If you have an impact, extensions and universal joint, it makes it a whole lot easier. I wouldn't have even tried on my 03 without them. Plus, the bolt heads are round, so you need to hold them with vise grips once you start to remove them. Still, it's not hard, but highly recommend an air impact, and maybe a helper. (not recommending the wife who's only job was to hold the vise grips, but screamed everything time I pulled the trigger on the impact)

yeah, i crawled under and looked and if i recal there was at least 4 bolts on each side

i took mine off a couple months ago, not hard, i think there was 8 bolts each side, i didnt use air tools but i did need a breaker bar, u mite need someone to help u slide it out
