new motor runs great but wont shift into gear .shift lever on steering column moves and trani moves but nothing engages. its a new trani also. some body just replaced the blackbox behind shift cable underneath and now it wont start at all!!!my lever wont go into gear 1 and has empty gear between reverse/neu.please see this
