It is stock height with 265/70/17 tiresThe factory wheels have a 31mm offset. Your wheels have an 18mm offset, so they will stick out 13mm if they could bolt up directly to the hub. Since they have different bolt patterns, adapters are necessary which will increase the width further. 1.5" adapters are 38mm wide, so your wheels will stick out 51mm (about 2") further per side. If your Tahoe is lifted, I'm sure they'd be fine if you run a reasonably-sized tire. If stock height, chances are you'd have rubbing issues when turning. If lowered, the fenders will come down on top of the tires.
