Need help on shocks.

Im looking to replace my shocks. Im rolling on 24s and the ride is a bit rough but i cant complain because the yukon xl has 189xxx on it and i dont know when the last time shocks where replaced. now i just want to know what shock is a good way to go. i looked on autozone, they have a bunch and i dont want to spend money on a crappy product. any help would be great. thanks.

I have BellTech Street Performance shocks on mine and I'm happy with them.

A lots going to depend on whether the truck is lifted or lowered.
The previous owner of my truck installed the HD Bilsteins with the lift.... and the truck rides like my last sport tuned Maxima(it had Tokico's). Smooth as glass on nice roads, with just a little bump on the bumpy roads... but not bone-jarring.

I have BellTech Street Performance shocks on mine and I'm happy with them.

+1 on the Belltech Street Performance Shocks.

Tony (Norcal SS) just installed my 2" inch rear drop and the Belltech Shocks last week and I am VERY pleased!!!!!

I, too, bought my shocks from Tony :waytogo: great guy to deal with so the OP should hit him up for his replacement shocks :D

Ok thanks for the replies. Ill look into it Im planing on lowering the truck a bit with the 2/3 from tony, so when I order the drop kit ill go ahead and get the shocks as well.
