Need help with a Dodge Ram 1500 (rims)

My pops has a 2004 Ram 1500 with stock chrome 17" rims but I just got him a set of factory 20" chrome clads off a 2010 Laramie. My question is are the lugs the same? I dont think so.....What do I need?

When I go put the rims on and the lugs dont work its a real problem! Then what put the stock rims back on and drive to a shop....Trying to be pro-active for once!

so the lugs are too big? Gorillia lugs should have something that fit
