NP3 is the New Process/ NVG 149
This is a Viscous Coupler biasing T-Case
, meaing it has to sense rear wheel spin to send power to the front

I was told, as many have stated, that you can't pull the front shaft as per the 60/40 split thru the planetary differential
but since you said you have done it opens a different can of worms
so
Either it is not self biasing 60/40
or
you are only running off of the 60% rear [which should have failed by now]

What was your original problem?

Yeah ive h eard it shouldnt move either.. but i mean this vid is from a month ago of me doin dunuts, so its still driving fine.

But the original problem was my fornt differential overheating after 20 miles of driving, with 3 different new differentials. It would build up so much pressure it would blow ther fluid out the seams of the diff.

First diff failure was with the front drive shaft in?
and you did remove the driveshaft, correct not the CV shaft?

If your determined to stay this way and if you get another front diff in there
Separate your outer CV Shaft ends, slide the boots back, slide the axle shaft out of the CV cup, then take all the center ball beaings and holder out

then put the outer CV cup/spindle back thru the hub in the truck and tighten to Tq
This will eliminate the wheels driving the carrier and keep your hubs bearings in place
