you could just connect the wires IF you knew what the color code on the stock wiring harness was.. cause i can pretty much guarantee you the color code for the stock setup is NOT the same as the standard wiring color code.. (red power black ground yellow switch..ect) if you can find the service manual or whatnot you could do that. otherwise it would be Very Difficult.

sorry Roy was half asleep, i assume it was the stock radio that was stolen.. and the stock wires cut.. if not should be able to unplug the aftermarket harness and get a new harness if its stock then your pretty much going to have to match wires because the harness goes way back into the dash..

UPDATE.. see if you can see this link should have the factory color system if you can read its kinda difficult..

See my post above yours. Simply matching the wires will not work.

right you have to have an aftermarket radio harness.. but you will still have to match the wires as well..

:welcome: to the forum!!

I saw this HERE while looking through eBay listings. It says it's for Chevy installations, but should work for your Yukon as the radios are essentially the same. I don't know if it will help, but I thought I would post it anyway just in case. Even if the harness itself doesn't help, the listing does include a chart listing what each wire is. Good luck!!

I have the JVC AVX740 and it's not as easy as just matching the colors. There's a lot more to it. You should get one of the adapters, there are a few choices out there I have the Scosche. In addition to the adapter, you would need to figure out the colors for all the speakers, if you were gonna hook up the back up cam, etc. Also if you wanted to bypass the parking brake, you can use a relay. There's a lot to it. If you don't know how to do it, I'd suggest paying for an install. Save yourself a headache.
