Need Help!!!!!!

Problem Fixed!
Changed out the rear drums and shoes and the problem went away.. and there is no more low pedal.... stop with ease.... old shoe where still in great shape.. i think the drums was the cause?....

If they were too thin, that could have caused it. Didnt even think of that...
