Chamonix-Mont Blanc ski resort,. France with the first name of Adrien then ordered a remote from you over a month ago, he says, and hasn't received it nor has he received a return e-mail from you when he sent an inquiry. You are being called out as a fraud. Adrien has mentioned that he can't speak English well enough to call you on the phone. I don't know if you are aware of the impact a forum can have on a business but I thought I'd give you the chance to make contact with this person so you can go back to being recommended and not thrashed.
