I have a 2008 Yukon Denali. I've seen the McGaughy 2/3 lowering kit but honestly thats not low enough for me. I was told you can put a 3/5 McGaughy kit on it but you would have to do some custom work. Does anyone have any other suggestions as to what kit or if i could even lower my denali with a 3/5. I have it on 26inch rims and i was wondering if they would rub from being lowered. Thanks for your time.

Welcome the forums first off. I'm not sure as I don't have a NNBS but I'm pretty certain that you have your facts correct. I seem to recall that the 2/3 fits without any changes but anything lower will take some work to fit. I will let the others chime in that have a little more knowledge with your body style though.

Welcome to the forum!

I went with the Bell Tech 739SP kit and the only custom work involved trimming and using a heat gun to re-shape the plastic fender liners. The front fender lips behind the tires also needed to be slightly massaged with a rubber mallet. If you have shorter tires than my 305/30/26's the rubbing should be less of an issue... Here are pics of mine at 3/4.5

I just realized this was posted in the NBS section... moving it to the NNBS section instead may get others with 07+ hoes/kons to chime in. :Handshake:
