Hey guys I want to replace the instrument cluster on my 03 Tahoe. The bulbs are burning out, and are NOT replaceable. Any suggestions?

They are replaceable. You just have to desolder the old bulbs from the board, and solder in new incandescent's or use this time to led swap.

You can get an exchange from several online places, good time to upgrade it. Check EBay for options.

I just repaired my 2004 Denali cluster! It's the same as yours... my cluster had 2 of 7 working gauges and 3 of 12 working backlight bulbs. I'm only a college student and car enthusiast and I tackled it this weekend. I'm confident anybody could do it! I used this kit off of eBay with the latest "GM approved" steppers and more....

Pulling the cluster out is very simple and the kit comes with everything you need including very simple instructions! Cost me under $30 and an hour or two. My parents and I were impressed hahaha. Let me know if you need any help!

Of course they can be replaced! Some soldering is involved, but they CAN definitely be replaced. I've done dozens of these clusters, many for members of this forum. Ship it to me and I'll replace them for $50 or upgrade to LEDs for $60. (Plus shipping of course)
