Need some help please...

Hey everyone, So I have researching everything I can studying the wiring diagrams and still a little bit stumped...I purchased 05-06 electric fans used off the net and it was missing a good chunk of the harness so I got wire from work to hopefully peice it back together! Now on the diagram it show the blue and black together and yellow and grey but as you see in the pic they are not they're opposite of that! So need a little help with this and anything else that I'm missing in the harness that I didn't catch! Thank you for any input!!!

@ScottyBoy might have a rebuilt harness for sale--he does great work.

Do you have the relay pack and the pins for the PCM? It might be better getting a new factory harness either from a wrecking yard or @ScottyBoy. Edit: now I see the relays but they need to be mounted up at the fuse block. There’s a write-up in the technical section.

Ok thanks for the replies.... I gotta get the the pins yet but I have already peiced most of it back together just need a little help with some of it like I was saying in my post

I wouldn't trust butt connectors to handle the current demand of the cooling fans
