Need some input...Update with pics

Yo,

So i just blacked out my rims and now Im trying to debate on what to do with my grille. Should I:

1. Murder it all out

2. Color match the outside and leave the honey combs and lower grille chrome

3. Leave it alone

I leaning towards #2 but i just want to get some feedback from fellow forum members and what you think. Im blacking the GMC emblem out tomorrow.

I would go with #2. And do your GMC emblem gloss black too.
See oh it looks that way then if not satisfied swap it up a bit more.


BTW from what I can see of the wheels they look really good!

Ya once again Im leaning towards #2. Emblem is getting glossed blacked for sure.

Off topic i like your hoe, after seeing both in pic with no roof racks thats gonna be a next on my list, and take off the sunroof guard as well. how did you seal where the bolts where or what did you do with them

I think if you paint the emblem black leaving the grill chrome would look good, but with everything else black, I'd probably just do it all black.

On a side note, what brand of head lights did you get?

If everything else is black, black the grills out too. If you have other "touches" of chrome, do #2

I had both roof racks shaved by a body shop. And thank you I like where your taking your Nali.

What about doing the grills black chrome? I would paint the GMC emblem and the suround first and then see how you like it and then if not pleased I'd do the grills black chrome.

thanks guys, yes what you see is all the chrome left. its hard to decide man.

Thanks Z-56 hoe been working on it for a while got to get it a little lower and some more tasteful mods and then its on to the motor. So your roof racks holes have been filled and painted. Man looks so good shaved up top the on-star antenna would have to go to. I had the regular antenna delete which makes a big difference to the look but i was getting some static put the factory one back on all to find out it was my hid fogs doing.

Blue2002tahoe I searched and searched ebay they were glossy black led projectors with marker lens. Ill have to check see if i can get the brand name off them for you and let you know. I like them but when i order them i didnt notice they changed the bulbs to H1 so i had to get different HID bulbs been thinking about doing a retrofit 9006 to them or something.

Well up to last week the rims were chrome as well but that changed. So now I'm debating. The lower grille is sick made the truck look so much better it wasn't cheap either but I'm keeping it I like it to much. Haha.
