These aren't PPV wheels, OP. These are black painted or powder coated Silverado work truck wheels with black painted/powder coated plastic Silverado work truck center caps.
Genuine PPV wheels look just like these Silverado work truck wheels, but they're powder coated gloss black from the factory and each wheel is drilled and tapped to accept three bolts which attach the chrome plated, metal PPV center caps. The center caps are also very different in design than the plastic Silverado center caps you have pictured. Also, genuine PPV wheels include six bolts and six bushings that mount between the wheel and center cap. The six bushings are each about a half inch tall and keep the PPV center caps up and off the surface of the wheel once installed.
How do I know all of this? I've owned and sold genuine PPV wheels and center caps and can post pics to illustrate the differences if anyone disagrees with my statements here.

Just in case anyone thinks I'm full of it, here's a picture of my genuine GM PPV wheels and center caps below. Also, I am not calling the OP a liar. Its always possible that he was also misled by somebody else when he acquired these. I just wanted to clear the situation up so nobody else purchased these thinking they were something other than what they really are.
And here's a pic of one of my genuine PPV wheels without the center cap installed. There are six holes where your lug studs come through the face of the rim, and then if you zoom in on the pic you'll see three more smaller threaded holes which are necessary for mounting the genuine PPV center caps. Only genuine PPV wheels will have these three extra little holes. If they don't have them, then they're NOT PPV wheels, unfortunately.
