YES.. i have a shock proof.. 300GB mini HD usb powered mounted behind the dash on some 1/2" double sided foam tape.. (shock resistance) and it works like a champ with my 7" pioneer p4200dvd

I went and looked at one of these this week at a local audio shop. Just to be honest it looked too big for the truck.(about a 2009 1500 truck) I think the pictures of the 7" head units in Tahoes look the best. I'll be adding a 7" one on my ride.

the tacoma dash makes the unit look hideous...i think it would sit better in the GMC cars...
