From what I have gathered on here, many people are satisfied with the r1 rotors and hawk pads. You can also look into adding a hydroboost setup to get the maximum stopping power out of the stock calipers

Just to throw this out there. I offer R1Concepts with a 10% forum member discount, this includes Brembo big brake kits as well. I also offer SSBC upgrade kits and replacement disc and pads at a 15% off forum member discount.

That being said, with 22" wheels, you are pushing the limits on upgrading with stock size rotors. The R1Concepts Premium double cross drilled and slotted rotors would be the best choice on a budget, but the next level would be upgrading to the GMT900 rotors, calipers and pads, etc. Doing this will provide a little better than stock replacement upgrade for better performance and longevity.

Or, if your budget allows, I can provide information and pricing for Baer, Stop Tech, Brembo, SSBC. I also always offer some form of forum member discounts for those interested. In a nutshell, we offer anything from OEM replacement all the way up to the big brake upgrades.

If you would like more information, send me a private message here with your shipping address and your preferred upgrades and I'll help you find what you need.

I did the GMT900 rotor, caliper and brake upgrade and was more then satisfied. Stopping with the 24's was pretty good and with stock 17s its great. I recommend that.
