Plan
Create a swivel to install under the seat so it locks either forward or backwards.

Exterior: Appa Arrow

Plan
Go to a Decal place and get an arrow made up for the hood to make the truck look like Appa from Avatar: The last Airbender.

I can only help with #1.
Don't get the arrow painted on. Go to any commercial sign company and give them a usb thumb drive containing your graphic(arrow). They will make up a vinyl graphic to what ever size and color you want. Should be less than $100 if you install it yourself. $40-$50 to have it installed. Slap it on your hood and your all set, and if you decide to sell your truck, use a heat gun to remove it.

Those seats if done wrong will be a disaster and very dangerous. May I suggest maintenance on the truck before the wild crazy stuff. Being is is a '98, trust me whenI say there is a few items that will need attention.

Congrats on the truck but safety and so on should be #1 on your list. After that is done then go nuts.

depends....greatly on the previous owner(s) I have seen these trucks push well over 200K on the stock drivelines. Mine is at 175K...not stock driveline but by choice. There were no problems when I yanked it all out and repaced it with more fun parts.

Check the basic stuff, the brakes, tires, suspension, steering. That is the main areas that get overlooked.
