Honestly bud, I personally prefer how the Putco one lights up all the way across without modification. Not sure how much it costs but one can always sell it back if they find an oem esky one.

Wait wait you are actually suggesting NON-OEM?! Has hell frozen over?! I personally don't mind replica stuff but that Putco 3rd brake light when lit up looks NOTHING like the factory esky 3rd brake light LED's... they're too big and too spread out...
Oh ok ... I never looked at it closely and I was under the impression that it's an exact replica like the G5 tails.

Nope not at all. Not even close. When lit up it looks like every other one is lit like there's a huge gap in between each LED. I posted some pics of someone who has figured out how to do with all oem in Timmy's build thread if you wanna see what it looks like done with factory LED's
They really did an excellent job on the G5's... I've owned both and I seriously still can't see any difference between the two...
