New from Baton Rouge

Im new here and i own an 07 silverado classic 1500.
basically was just wondering around the site looking for some kmc slides 24-26in (black) and a new headunit (D3) or just a nice unit.
I have a few mods done to my truck and currently has 22in escalade rims on it that i would like to trade + cash for some slides.
