Hey everyone, so I'm not currently a Tahoe/Yukon owner but I'm looking into getting one and wanted to ask a few questions.

So I'm looking at getting an 07/08 for under $14k. I wanted to see how reliable these things are, especially since the ones around that price have anywhere from 110-150k on them. Looking at getting the 5.3l. Can't seem decide on if I would rather have the Tahoe or Yukon.

I would like an LTZ but those are the ones that have between 150-180K, versus an LT with 120k on it. Any insight would be greatly appreciated as well as reliability, things to look for when checking out a used one and so on.

I had an 07 optioned lt2,everything but nav and backup camera, that I bought for $18k with 120k on it. Never had any problems except rust, I live in NH. Traded with 150k on it and would have kept it if not for the rust problems.
these trucks are just like most newer vehicles, they'll last forever as long as they are taken care of. So make sure you can get maintenance records, because its so important.
that 5.3 in the suburban with 150k drove just as well as the 2011 5.3 sierra with 30k that I traded in
