They turned out damn good. Got caught driving through a couple heavy thunderstorms since drying and re-sealing, and they're spotless.

Visibility is good and has been with 55w HID's. However the stock housings allowed more light to escape and over-beamed as expected making it ******* other drivers. In comparison I had the stocks angled to 50ft out and turned in a bit. Despite the reviews I had no trouble adjusting the beam and cut.

Had an extra set of 55w H1 3000k laying around and stuck them in the low beams matching the hi and fogs. Don't care much for the full time yellow and have since ordered a set of 55w 4300k H1's for the LB. I must say 3000k in the HB's makes spotting deer easier than white or blue headlights as it doesn't appear to reflect off the trees the same as white light (in my opinion). Then again, the deer in my neck of the woods are thick and the eyes trained.

The cheap Chinese light bar I mounted crushes the lumens of all 6 HID's on at the same time.

We'll see about the Halos. I've got the same halos in the Yukon (spyder projection halo/led housings) going on about 3 years and no issues. Can you post what are "depos"?

I've seen far too many failed spyder lights.

Next to the yukon.

There is no cutoff. Your just blinding oncoming traffic and ruining your own night vision.

Edit: nevermind, I see that you have highs on in that picture.

The 'Depot' model you sent indicates fitting the Denali meanwhile I have Z71 & SLT models.

----

As for the Spyder brand, I was wrong. The recently purchased for (Tahoe) are "Dynamik - model HGM053" and the Yukon is "Sonar - model SK3301". I gave the poor ebay seller a negative review for the Dynamic due to fit and they credited my paypal account as long as I gave them a positive review and explained why the fit is poor. Come to find out the brackets being extremely snug and a pain in the ass, now fit easier after some use albiet 98F outside. It's possible this is how the factory HL brackets fit on the production line.

----

Since installation I've now had to remove the driver side signal housing, pull the bulbs, remove condensation, and re-seal with liquid tape due to standing water. It would appear driving through insane down-pours (4 recently) and daily car washes, I managed to force water in; nearest the small corner of the housing where I didn't apply enough sealant the first time around. If you do buy these make sure you seal everything up WELL.
