MDF, glue, screws and bracing was just under 60 with them cutting it.

Awesome! Did you figure out what your final measurements will be?
Its great when you can catch one of the employees that actually wants to help isnt it?
It is man. Greatly appreciate it! I quadruple checked my measurments with several programs and it all came out the same so thats what I went with.

Another hour or so of sanding and some filler for the screw holes it'll be rdy to try out.

Mixed up a paste with MDF dust and glue for filler. We will see how it works I guess...

Looks good. Yeah I have used the dust/glue paste before. I use the green titebond glue, Brad nails, and clamps now though. Much easier than screwing and filling. You should be happy with it when your done. What are you planning on wrapping it in?

Not sure. Never wrapped anything this big. Any ideas, advice or tips u can throw my way?

I'm gonna say vinyl and just wrap the top and front. Then if you like carpet the sides.

First lay your carpet out and trim it to fit. Take it off, wrap the top and front in vinyl, then glue the carpet on the sides.

That's what I would do.

I spent $60 on 2 yards of vinyl for my console. But it was also a perfect color and grain match...
