Nope I have XM in both my vehicles and it never cuts out unless I'm at a drive thru like McDonald's or under a tree at a red light.

For the power folding mirrors. Do I have to press the button manually every time or can I make them fold automatically

You can wire in a relay and have them fold in/out with the lock/unlock botton on your alarm. :)

I'll take a stab at it. I'd rather not pay someone when I'm a electrician. Waste of my schooling

Remember has to be from alarm signal not truck bcm signal. Or when you get to 10mph your mirrors will close.

I was thinking the door unlock trigger. Splice a relay off that and it should work... In theory.

Or wire in a window up/down module on your alarm system that activates when you arm/disarm. Instead of rolling windows up, it brings mirrors in, and vice versa.
