I actually bout it a few years ago at 236k with screwed injectors, screwed steering, screwed wheels, screwed carpet among other things. lots of work has been done most i did not pay for. like shocks a/v system, msd ignition system, carpet, air springs in rear for support, led lighting upgrades in and out, new heads after i found cracks at the seats when they came off to do the right head gasket after blowing it from 6-4 or vice versa i think aftyer installing a K&N fipk and doing some data acquisition test runs. what i am paying for is a overhauled tranny, doug thorley tri-y headers, onstar, 0411 pcm, hydroboost conversion, polyurathane suspension and body kit and rocker arms. most not installed yet but sitting in the truck. have paid for and installed roof basket, hitch carrier, partial set of wheels. still to get, extreme duty bumpers from tactical armor group, winch, tire, a second hitch carrier( yes you heard that correct. there might be two installed eventually.), light bars, new grill, cowl induction hood, more wheels and new tires, large retrofit and expansion of electric system, more suspension part installs, minor lift, if i can find and afford one, a whipple supercharger, paint and repair as things break. so you see even tho i got it in crappy condition going from auction to house from siting parked in a field for years it is mine and the only thing that will keep me from spending more money on it is if it gets totaled at which point i strip as much as possible and start again. mileage fort sure is not going to stop me.
