New member : Need help on lowering my tahoe

Hi, I'm from the Philippines and I just registered on this forum. I'd appreciate if someone can help me on lowering my tahoe. I have a 2003 Tahoe LS 2WD and I just installed a 305/40/22. I also bought a McGaughy's (part no. 33048 which states that it lowers the front 2" with torsion keys and lowers the rear 3" with coil springs & shock extensions) in ebay. Do I need to buy additional parts aside from this item? Will it affect the ride? What about the safety? Thank you.

you should have everything you need, in the kit you will have a softer ride quality due to the torsion keys, and coils, its going to be plenty safe as long as its installed properly.

Does your kit come with shock extenders for the rear? You will needextenders or drop shocks - otherwise the rear end will only drop 1/2" - 1"

The seller says that it comes with a shock extensions, is this what you meant? I haven't seen the kit yet since I had the it shipped to my sister in LA. She'd probably ship it within this week and should be here within 4-5 weeks. Thanks

Thanks but I'd probably have it installed by chevrolet philippines. I don't know how to install this kits.
