Well, I'd recommend looking at some live data. Just a guess, but you may have a MAF that's over-reporting, or a coolant temp sensor that's dead or mis-reporting. Those aftermarket intakes can cause issues, too, with unreported air (as in a disconnected or unsealed vacuum hose).

I agree The live data would be good aftermarket intake. I don’t have unless someone has changed it prior to me so I actually have a different MAF GIMME A SEC

I would just unplugg the maf and see if the does the same thing.
I would guess at the least a throttle body relearn probably needs to be done
