New member with level questions

with adding moog springs and new shocks I went from 37-3/4 to 39-1/4. front sits at 38-3/4. been about 2 weeks now and sits about the same, has not settled much

Went 2 in the front and 1 in the rear. (Insert joke here) gives it just a slight rake.

Word of advice for the install. Rent a spring compressor for the rears. It was a pain in the ass without it.

Gibbygsxr. What are your current front and rear measurements? Thanks. Is there a moog spring out there other then the 81069 that will stiffen the rear and not lift ad much as the 81069? Thanks

it should be noted that my truck wasnt "lifted" by the springs. it just put it where it should be. just filling up the gas tank made the front look even higher.

My truck sagged, and it has the "Premium smooth ride" springs in the rear which are soft and rely more on the shocks to keep it from sagging. the Moog 81069 are an inexpensive Z71 aftermarket replacment springs.

Your truck has the same spring style as the MOOG, just factory part #. you might get a little bump in height, but nowhere near what I saw. Id say go with the 3/4 spacer since you dont have a ton of miles on it

39 in the back and 38 1/4 front with 3/4 tank of gas.

I don't understand how your current front measuents are differnt from mine. I have rough country 2" spacer, factory coils with 80k miles, new bilsteins 4600 series and I'm measuring roughly 37.5-37.75 and rear currently is measuring 38-38.25 with stock coils and new bilsteins 4600s. The rear end of the vehicle feels "soft" when hitting bumps or speed bumps.

Update on my current measurements. Just went out to re-check. Front is 38", rear is 38.25". When I was out there I put my floor jack under the vehicle and lifted the body only up 3/4" to a rear ride height of 39". Doesn't look too bad with 1" of rake. ( also I currently have only 1/4 tank of gas with these measurements taken.

Update: new measurements with 3/4 tank.... 38" all the way around. I am going to try and make it by 4wheel parts tomorrow and pick up the daystar rear spacer and get it installed tomorrow night after work. I will basically have the same setup at member yukon11.

You could always get the helper bags if you're worried about rear sag when you have the back loaded down or haul something.

I am switching out my rear 1.5'' for a 2'' I am was at 38 front and 38.25 rear and when you move or take off it looks really saggy. So that extra half inch should make the stance perfect.
