Yes it's at a dealership called regal auto sales. It's a buy here pay here place but it has good ratings with the bbb and google. Still fixing my credit and this is the only place that has "decent" vehicles lol that will work with me. Aside from down sizing my burb has some issues that are expensive to fix and I don't have the ability to repair my vehicle my self out side regular maintenance. Compared to other ones I've seen it's pretty clean. Very few scrapes and door dings on the outside. Typical interior wear like buttons are worn, but seats are not torn and heaters work, stereo plays normal but is missing the nav disk. All dash functions work good and no check engine lights. Ran it to autozone and the code reader didn't pull any codes. And it's rust free and in Kansas that's hard to find! Lol. Haven't checked kbb yet. When I looked it over everything seemed intact. Best looked good no sign of accidents on frame and spare tire was inn place. Couldn't see any leaks and didn't smell any funny on the test drive. Has good pick up and go and shifted smoothe. Did hear some noise from the front and had a slight shimmy. Air ride seemed to work correctly.

I agree that the price seems a little high, but that may be a premium you pay working with a buy here / pay here credit situation. I'm sure it's a hard call whether to keep the burb and save money while letting your credit heal, or taking on a car loan at a premium and making good on the payments which will also help improve your credit rating.
A few things that I missed before buying my Denali were:
- Four broken exhaust manifold bolts (both of the front and rear most bolts)
- Worn pitman arm, idler arm, and idler bracket
- Most of the dash lights in the console & controls burnt out (didn't test drive at night)
- Passenger Side and Rear HVAC air blend door actuators needed replacement
- Oil Pressure Sending Unit (gauge read 40PSI at all times which I thought was good)
- Steel spare tire rim was so rusted it didn't hold air for more than a few days
- Three out of four batteries in the TPMS were dead (they typically have ~10 year life)
A few other maintenance related items have come up over the past year, but I have tackled them myself with the help of this forum and the countless youtube repair videos on these vehicles. If any of these things or similar items are failing on the Escalade, have them addressed or use them as leverage to get the price down low enough to have them taken care of.
Does anyone know of a thread were we track common age/mileage related failures and preventative maintenance? I was hoping that was what the sticky topic I linked to was, but looking through it now it seems like more of a specs listing.
