i think im gonna just go with the magnaflow cat back system. they have proven horsepower and at a good price... ive heard they dont have excessive drone too. still wont be for another month or so though. Thorley Tri-Y's to come later on...

Flowmaster has just had such great advertising, people think it's good (just like Fram). If you hear something of quality like a Corsa in person, Flowmaster no longer sounds good. If you spend money for quality you get much better results. Corsa is nice and loud on acceleration but once at cruising speeds you can just barely hear it and there is ZERO drone. Which is exactly how a quality exhaust system is supposed to be and means no migrane before you even get to work. I stand by my statement that Flowmaster does not sound good on newer vehicles (with the ONLY exception being the Mustang, but there are still much better sounds out there).

Go on YouTube and search for "Corvette Corsa" and compare that to a Flowmaster and tell me it doesn't sound much better.

I just don't care to spend $1k on an exhaust system.

Take a look at spintech mufflers they sound like corsa but are a lot less. Dwmmatt23 has one and IMO it sounds great.
