Slipping, two posts above yours, removed a 3" body lift from his truck. He is guy to talk to.
Sorry I'm late! Just got phone back so haven't seen this. BL is not that hard to remove.
Check your fan shroud and take the extensions off. Also the parking brake relocation bracket under front drivers side door.
Make sure your on straight ground. If you have the bumper relocation brackets on, gonna have to get a stock set either from lmc truck or junk yard.
Best way is to spray some penetrant on bolts the day before. Loosen all the bolts but don't remove them. Starting on one side remove bolts, then get a 4x4 (or something like) and use that to jack up the body from the center
Remove block and thread bolt in. It would be best if you could leave this side at this height so you don't bind the bolts on the other side trying to take them out. A set of jacks stands under 4x4 or a second jack is nice here.
Once you remove spacers from the first side, do the same on the other side. Once all out lower body back down watching for and riding conditions of anything. If you don't have a second person to help just do a little at a time on each side. Now that your firmly down and all jacks/jack stands are away one by one remove each bolt, put some thread locker on and tighten it up. Can't remember off the top of my head what I torqed them to but make sure you thread lock.
Look for if you have steering extension
/w extension removed
Put bumper back on and fan shroud together.
