Actually I just had to double check my self and looked in the garage where I put the old brakes in my Baer brake box and the rears are a one piston caliper. Here is the pic of it

Damn all the denali trucks must have the two pistons, my old ass 2002 is apparently baller as **** right about now.

Well that's just weird. When you do the cross reference on Wilwoods website, they list a single and double piston option on the 2008 suburban 1500. Hmm...
